I would have to say this was a fantastic venue for any performance. very disappointed because I had spent a lot of money on these tickets and never got to see the whole show. After this our night was ruined and missed half of the show and left. 15 minutes into this of us defending ourselves another usher came down and said 'wrong isle' ' wrong people'we made a mistake. Surprised and shocked by this we tried to show him that we had nothing on our phone except for a recipe and pictures from dinner and he didn't care and was rude. When we asked why he said because the ushers warned us not to use our phone. He said that we Had to leave immediately. Half way through the show an usher came up and made a rather large scene ordering my friend and I to get up and follow him. That being said my friend and I never took our phone out of our purse. When we arrived to our seats there were screens and papers throughout the Theater saying no pictures or photographs allowed. First of all my friends and I had tickets for the Thursday night Amy Schumer show which was moved to Friday but couldn't accommodate us until the 10:45 show which was not a huge deal. I am not one to ever complain about anything but I felt that I had to share my disappointment with the way the staff at The Grand Theater handled a situation.
